Xi'an Shanlian Trading Co., Ltd. offers comprehensive after-sales service, from parts selection and technical guidance to warranty processing, returns and exchanges, and logistics arrangements. If customers have any questions about parts, please contact us by phone, WeChat, or email. We will provide a clear response and assistance based on the specific situation, ensuring your equipment is restored to normal operation as quickly as possible.
The parts we supply are sourced from over 200 reputable construction machinery parts suppliers, including XCMG, Sany, Zoomlion, and Liugong. Every part undergoes quality inspection before shipment and comes with a warranty period of 3 to 12 months under normal use (see product specifications for details). During the warranty period, we provide replacement or repair services for non-human damage.
If customers encounter product quality, model discrepancies, shipping damage, or other issues, please contact us by phone, WeChat, email, or leave a message on our website. We will respond within 4 business hours, and no later than 24 hours. For more complex technical issues, we will arrange for a technician to follow up and provide solution recommendations.
We provide technical consulting services for issues encountered during accessory selection, installation, and use. Customers can provide the device model, accessory code, or usage scenario, and we will assist in identifying compatible parts and provide installation recommendations. Examples include: replacing an excavator hydraulic pump, determining track wear on a bulldozer, or identifying abnormalities in a truck's brake system.
If there are any quality issues, model discrepancies, or shipping damage, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide your order number and a photo or video. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a return or exchange within 3 business days. If the error or issue is caused by us, we will cover the shipping costs. If the customer placed an order in error, we will assist in resolving the issue, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We create a numbered record for each order, and a parts list and label are included with each shipment. Customers can retain this label information for future searches or restocking. The system allows you to query the supplier, warranty period, and delivery time of each batch of parts, making it easy for customers to keep records of equipment maintenance.
We support domestic logistics services such as SF Express, Deppon, and YTO Express. We also offer international express delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, as well as sea and air freight. We will confirm the address and delivery time with the customer before shipment.
Our after-sales team can communicate in Chinese and English. If you require translation services in other languages, such as Russian or Spanish, you can request translation support by email.
